Qualifications
- 15+ years in systems architecture with quantum computing specialization
- PhD in Computer Science/Quantum Physics or equivalent demonstrable expertise

- Expertise in quantum-resistant cryptography and post-quantum algorithms
- Deep understanding of federated learning and zero-trust architectures
