Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures integrating photonic, superconducting, and topological qubit systems
- Develop quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks for enterprise-scale applications
- Implement quantum-safe encryption protocols and zero-trust security models for quantum networks
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of physicists, engineers, and data scientists in prototype development
- Architect error-corrected quantum memory systems with 99.9% fidelity benchmarks
- Optimize quantum annealing solutions for complex optimization problems in logistics and finance
- Establish quantum network protocols enabling global quantum communication infrastructure
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Engineering, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, color, LDPC codes)
- Hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum entanglement and decoherence mitigation strategies
