Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization problems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum error correction protocols

- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize qubit stability
- Secure $2M+ in annual research grants
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum mechanics
- Present findings at global tech symposiums
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of quantum algorithm development experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation
- Strong background in linear algebra and topology
- Track record of securing competitive research grants
