Responsibilities

- Author breakthrough publications in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Collaborate with government agencies and Fortune 500 partners on quantum security initiatives
- Mentor junior researchers and drive cross-functional innovation projects
- Secure patents and intellectual property for quantum computing methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of research experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design, qubit manipulation, and decoherence mitigation
- Publication record in Nature/Science or equivalent quantum computing journals
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and classical HPC environments
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in linear algebra, complex analysis, and statistical mechanics
- Track record of securing government or industry research grants
