Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum error correction algorithms
- Develop novel quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols
- Simulate quantum systems using IBM Q and Rigetti platforms
- Publish findings in Nature/Science journals with 3+ annual publications
- Mentor postdoctoral researchers on quantum machine learning
- Secure $2M+ in annual DARPA/NSF grants
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with superconducting qubits or topological quantum computing
- Expertise in Python/C++ with quantum libraries (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published record in quantum information theory
- Security clearance eligibility (Top Secret preferred)
- Proficiency in tensor network simulations
