Responsibilities
- Develop proprietary quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum error correction research
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Secure patents for quantum breakthrough innovations
- Mentor PhD candidates and junior researchers
- Present findings at global quantum summits (Davos, Web Summit)
- Validate quantum solutions with Fortune 500 partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years research experience
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum assembly languages
- Expertise in quantum error mitigation and fault-tolerant systems
- Experience with quantum hardware providers (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in linear algebra, topology, and complex analysis
- Track record of translating theoretical research into practical applications
