Responsibilities

- Collaborate with hardware teams to bridge quantum software and physical systems
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and drive quantum education initiatives
- Secure research funding through government grants and industry partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Applied Mathematics with 3+ years research experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and quantum circuit design
- Publication record in Nature/Science or equivalent peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Proficiency in quantum error correction and fault-tolerance techniques
- Strong background in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-disciplinary research projects
