Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for enterprise-scale optimization problems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing post-quantum cryptographic frameworks
- Conduct cutting-edge research on quantum machine learning applications
- Author peer-reviewed publications and present findings at international conferences
- Collaborate with hardware teams to bridge theoretical models with practical implementations
- Secure patents for novel quantum computing methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Deep understanding of Shor's algorithm, Grover's search, and quantum error correction
- Experience with high-performance computing environments
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum mechanics fundamentals
