Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for complex computational problems
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum circuit performance on real quantum processors
- Lead research initiatives in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Publish breakthrough findings in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Develop scalable quantum software frameworks compatible with major quantum computing platforms
- Mentor junior researchers and cross-functional engineering teams

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
