Responsibilities
- Design and execute quantum algorithms for optimization problems
- Develop quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols for enterprise systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum machine learning implementations
- Publish research in Nature/Science and present at IEEE conferences
- Secure $5M+ in quantum computing grants from NSF/DARPA
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum error correction or topology
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum circuit design
- Demonstrated grant-writing success for quantum projects
- Experience with superconducting or photonic qubit systems
