Responsibilities
- Lead quantum algorithm development for 2026-era applications

- Mentor a team of 5+ quantum researchers and engineers
- Secure $5M+ in annual research grants
- Collaborate with NASA, IBM, and MIT on quantum initiatives
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum computing research (IBM Q, Rigetti, or similar)
- Published 10+ peer-reviewed quantum papers
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit design
- Proven track record of securing government research grants
- Experience leading cross-continental research teams
