Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum architectures for 2026-era computational challenges
- Develop error-correction protocols achieving >99.9% qubit fidelity
- Lead integration of quantum accelerators with classical HPC infrastructure
- Create quantum security frameworks post-quantum cryptography era
- Drive open-source quantum compiler development for multi-platform deployment
- Mentor quantum engineers in emerging topological qubit technologies
- Collaborate with hardware teams on cryogenic control system optimization
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years implementing quantum algorithms on real quantum hardware
- Expertise in quantum error correction (surface/colour codes)
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science/IEEE journals on quantum systems
- Experience leading quantum software teams of 10+ engineers
- Deep understanding of quantum-classical hybrid architectures
- Certification in quantum security protocols (e.g., NIST Post-Quantum standards)
