Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum architectures for commercial applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Optimize qubit coherence times and gate operations at scale
- Develop error correction protocols for quantum supremacy targets
- Translate theoretical quantum algorithms into deployable hardware solutions
- Drive innovation in quantum machine learning integration
- Collaborate with academic institutions on quantum security protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and optimization frameworks
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological computing
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and control electronics
- Strong background in superconducting or trapped-ion qubit technologies
- Proven track record of leading complex R&D projects
