Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop error correction protocols and quantum circuit optimization algorithms
- Lead cross-functional teams in integrating quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Research and evaluate emerging quantum technologies (photonic, topological, etc.)
- Create technical documentation and architecture blueprints for 2026 quantum deployments
- Collaborate with academic institutions on quantum algorithm development
- Present findings to C-suite executives and technical stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum system architecture or quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts for non-technical stakeholders
