Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms for cryptography, optimization, and AI
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum processors with classical computing systems
- Develop quantum security protocols to protect next-generation digital assets
- Create roadmaps for quantum computing adoption across financial, healthcare, and logistics sectors
- Conduct research on quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and publish findings in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 5+ years experience considered)
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithm design and quantum circuit optimization
- Experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in superconducting qubit systems or photonic quantum computing
