Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures using superconducting and photonic qubits
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum hardware-software integration
- Research and implement novel quantum algorithms for 2026-era applications
- Collaborate with government agencies on quantum security frameworks
- Present quantum architecture blueprints to C-suite executives and investors
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in next-generation system design
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum system architecture or quantum hardware development
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and photonic networks
