Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures using Qiskit and Cirq
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for cryptography and AI applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to mitigate quantum decoherence challenges
- Develop quantum security protocols for blockchain and financial systems
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and publish research in Nature Physics

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 8+ years experience)
