Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum architectures for 2026-era applications in cryptography, drug discovery, and climate modeling
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum error correction protocols
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise solutions
- Conduct quantum algorithm optimization for NISQ-era hardware limitations
- Partner with academic institutions to publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals
- Drive quantum security protocols for next-gen communication networks
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum computing principles and best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in developing quantum algorithms or quantum hardware systems
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy applications and hybrid computing models
- Experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and simulation frameworks
