- Collaborate with hardware engineers to define quantum processor specifications
- Create quantum security frameworks for post-quantum cryptography migration
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and government partners
- Drive quantum cloud platform architecture for enterprise quantum-as-a-Service
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proven track record of publishing in top quantum computing journals (e.g., Nature Quantum)
- Mastery of quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of superconducting qubit systems and cryogenic engineering
- Experience leading quantum software teams with 10+ direct reports
