Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-AI hybrid architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing fault-tolerant quantum computing protocols
- Optimize neural networks for quantum processors achieving 1000x speedups
- Develop security frameworks for quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Translate theoretical quantum algorithms into production-ready cloud solutions
- Collaborate with MIT and Caltech on quantum machine learning breakthroughs
- Patent novel quantum-AI methodologies and publish in Nature Physics
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or AI/ML with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum error correction techniques
- Proven track record deploying quantum algorithms on real hardware (IBM Rigetti, IonQ)
- Mastery of TensorFlow/PyTorch and quantum neural network architectures
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy benchmarks and NISQ limitations
