Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms leveraging AI acceleration
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-resistant security protocols
- Collaborate with MIT/Caltech partners on quantum machine learning frameworks
- Translate theoretical models into practical applications for Fortune 500 clients
- Secure SBIR grants and publish in Nature/Science journals
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum computing specialization
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (2020-2026)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with IBM/Qiskit or Google Cirq frameworks
- Published research in quantum machine learning or error correction
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum circuit design
- Experience with high-performance computing clusters (HPC)
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum mechanics
- Track record of securing research funding ($500k+)
