Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum machine learning algorithms for complex optimization problems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical neural networks for AI acceleration
- Lead quantum algorithm research for cryptography and simulation applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum circuit implementations
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals and top-tier conferences

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, quantum information theory, and machine learning

- Strong publication record in quantum computing or AI research
