Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for AI optimization problems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing hybrid quantum-classical ML frameworks
- Research quantum-resistant encryption protocols for next-gen cybersecurity
- Develop error mitigation techniques for fault-tolerant quantum computing
- Publish findings in Nature/Science journals and present at IEEE Quantum Week
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors
- Mentor PhD interns in quantum machine learning methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum information theory
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and high-performance computing
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum mechanics principles
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket)
