Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical machine learning models for predictive analytics
- Lead research in fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for AI applications
- Develop proprietary algorithms for quantum-enhanced natural language processing
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum circuit performance
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and industry conferences

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow) and high-performance computing
- Published research in quantum machine learning or top-tier AI conferences
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and computational complexity
