Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-classical hybrid AI frameworks for 2026-scale applications
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum machine learning algorithms and error correction
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum-AI co-design architectures
- Develop ethical AI governance protocols for autonomous quantum systems
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and cross-functional teams

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (QAOA, VQE) and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Proven experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq) and simulators
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed systems
