Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for our upcoming AI and Quantum research initiatives.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, fault-tolerant systems that integrate quantum algorithms with classical machine learning models.
- R&D Leadership: Mentor a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex research into deployable products.
- Pioneering Research: Stay ahead of the curve in emerging technologies, publishing papers and securing patents for breakthrough algorithms.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously refine our existing AI stacks to achieve unprecedented efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI or Quantum Computing.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in leading AI/ML or Quantum R&D teams.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and deliver innovative solutions under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Leadership: Proven track record of mentoring high-performing engineering teams and managing large-scale projects.
