Job Description
Nexus Future Labs is pioneering the infrastructure for the next era of artificial intelligence. As we gear up for the transformative year of 2026, we are seeking a visionary Principal AI Architect to lead our advanced machine learning infrastructure. You will be responsible for designing the robust, scalable architecture that powers our next-generation autonomous agents, predictive analytics platforms, and deep learning systems.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade engineering, ensuring our systems are resilient, efficient, and capable of handling massive data workloads. If you are passionate about shaping the future of tech and want to define the standards for AI systems in 2026, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance machine learning infrastructure capable of supporting enterprise-level workloads.
- Lead the technical strategy for deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic workflows in production environments.
- Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Research, Engineering) to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Optimize existing ML pipelines for speed, cost-efficiency, and accuracy, implementing best practices for MLOps.
- Define security and compliance standards for AI data handling and model deployment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and system design.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar ML frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) and database technologies (PostgreSQL, Neo4j).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
