Responsibilities
- Accurately input and verify large volumes of data into our CRM and spreadsheet systems.
- Perform regular audits of data entries to ensure 100% accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Organize and file physical and digital documents in a systematic manner for easy retrieval.
- Communicate effectively with team members to clarify data requirements and resolve issues.
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as scheduling and answering inquiries.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding company and client information.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Previous experience in data entry or office administration is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is essential.
- Strong typing speed and accuracy (minimum 40 WPM).
