Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Assist in daily data entry and maintain accurate, up-to-date customer records in our CRM system.
- Resolve basic service issues and escalate complex problems to the senior support team efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Prepare and update weekly reports regarding client interactions and feedback.
- Uphold company standards for data privacy and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred but not required for entry-level).
