Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to customers via phone, email, and live chat channels.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account information in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve processes.
- Assist in training new team members on company products and service protocols.

Qualifications
