Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, providing exceptional service to ensure a positive experience.
- Answer inquiries regarding products, services, and company policies in a knowledgeable and friendly manner.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, including cash and credit handling.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently while adhering to company guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly during shifts.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and safe at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with people from all backgrounds.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn POS systems quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
