Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues efficiently
- Document interactions accurately in CRM system
- Meet/exceed quality and performance metrics
- Collaborate with support teams on complex cases
- Maintain product knowledge through ongoing training
- Upsell relevant services when appropriate
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months customer service experience
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM)
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to navigate multiple software systems
- Flexible availability (including some evenings)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Valid Hawaii driver's license (for occasional off-site events)
