Responsibilities
- Process daily cash transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Open new checking and savings accounts for clients with guidance.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to meet branch goals.
- Assist in maintaining branch security and operational procedures.
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to management.
- Perform routine bank reconciliations and balance daily cash drawers.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for trainees.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and banking software.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
