Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with account inquiries, product information, and general banking needs.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) and ATM systems and handle cash handling with 100% accuracy.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily reports to ensure financial integrity.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to recommend appropriate banking products to clients.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure teller workspace.
- Assist with branch operations, including lobby management and general customer service duties.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with banking software is a plus.
- Strong mathematical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Previous customer service experience is a significant advantage.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
