Responsibilities
- Process Transactions: Accurately handle cash deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments while maintaining strict security protocols.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and assist with account inquiries, product information, and service requests.
- Sales & Cross-Selling: Proactively identify opportunities to promote bank products such as savings accounts, CDs, and credit cards.
- Operational Support: Learn to operate banking software, ATMs, and other financial terminal equipment under supervision.
- Compliance: Ensure all transactions adhere to federal and state banking regulations and internal policies.
- Balance Verification: Maintain accurate daily cash balances and reconcile transaction records.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required for our Trainee program.
- Skills: Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Background: Ability to pass a background check and credit check.
- Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
