Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with precision
- Provide exceptional service to bank clients while maintaining confidentiality
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Assist customers with account inquiries and basic banking products
- Learn and adhere to all banking regulations and security protocols
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve customer satisfaction goals
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance banking knowledge and skills
Qualifications
