What You Will Do:
- Assist customers with daily banking transactions (deposits, withdrawals, check cashing).
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) terminal and manage cash drawers accurately.
- Learn and demonstrate product knowledge to cross-sell services effectively.
- Participate in our structured training curriculum to master teller operations.
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and a smile.
Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the teller window.
- Balance daily cash drawers and reconcile daily settlement reports.
- Open new accounts and assist customers with account inquiries.
- Adhere to strict security and compliance regulations (BSA/AML).
- Maintain a clean and organized teller station and lobby area.
- Build relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills are essential.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screen.
