Responsibilities
- Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Learn and perform cash handling procedures, including balancing daily cash drawers accurately.
- Open new accounts and assist with the onboarding process for new clients.
- Resolve customer issues and provide excellent service to build lasting relationships.
- Complete mandatory training modules on banking products, compliance, and security protocols.
- Support the branch team with daily operational tasks and filing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Basic math skills and a high attention to detail are essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
