As a Trainee, you will work under the guidance of experienced managers to learn the ins and outs of branch operations while providing exceptional service to our valued customers.
Responsibilities
- Process daily financial transactions, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing, with 100% accuracy.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting clients, answering inquiries, and resolving account issues efficiently.
- Assist in the opening of new accounts and selling basic banking products (e.g., debit cards, online banking).
- Learn and maintain strict adherence to all bank security protocols, compliance regulations, and operational procedures.
- Perform cash reconciliation and balancing of the teller drawer at the end of each shift.
- Collaborate with the branch team to achieve daily sales and service goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; completion of a banking or finance program is a plus.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not mandatory for our Trainee program.
- Strong basic math skills and a keen eye for detail are essential.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some evenings.
- Must be willing to submit to a background check and credit check.
