Responsibilities
- Process daily banking transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to build lasting relationships.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding account balances, transactions, and products.
- Assist in maintaining the lobby, ATM area, and teller line for optimal efficiency.
- Identify sales opportunities and cross-sell bank products to meet branch goals.
- Ensure strict adherence to bank security policies and compliance regulations.
- Balance cash drawers and resolve discrepancies at the end of the shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn banking software quickly.
- Strong mathematical skills and high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
