Responsibilities
- Process Transactions: Accurately handle cash deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing for customers.
- Customer Experience: Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries regarding products and services, and resolve account issues with professionalism.
- Branch Support: Assist with daily branch operations, including ATM replenishment, lobby organization, and maintaining a clean work environment.
- Sales & Referrals: Identify opportunities to cross-sell financial products and services to enhance the customer's financial well-being.
- Compliance & Security: Adhere strictly to bank policies, security regulations, and audit procedures to ensure the safety of funds and customer data.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not required for this trainee role.
- Math Skills: Strong aptitude for math and high attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability: Must be available to start tomorrow and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
