Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency (deposits, withdrawals, transfers)
- Provide exceptional service to bank clients while resolving inquiries and concerns
- Balance cash drawers daily and maintain strict compliance with security protocols
- Actively promote bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Complete mandatory training modules on banking regulations and systems
- Assist with branch operational tasks as directed by supervisors
- Document transactions and maintain confidential customer records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash transactions
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends (20-25 hours/week)
