Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions while maintaining strict audit compliance
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products (credit cards, loans, savings accounts)
- Provide exceptional customer service while resolving account inquiries and complaints
- Learn and adhere to all banking regulations (BSA, AML, privacy policies)
- Assist with branch operational tasks including ATM maintenance and safe deposit services
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop financial expertise
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in business preferred
- Strong math aptitude with attention to detail in handling cash and transactions
