Responsibilities
- Master cash handling, transaction processing, and balancing procedures under mentorship
- Deliver exceptional customer service while resolving account inquiries and transaction issues
- Learn and promote digital banking tools (mobile app, online portal) to clients
- Adhere to strict compliance protocols including BSA/AML regulations
- Assist with branch operations including safe deposit services and loan document processing
- Participate in ongoing training modules to achieve full Teller certification
Qualifications
