- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional service to diverse clients while addressing inquiries about accounts and banking products
- Balance cash drawers and maintain precise transaction records daily
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank services and financial products
- Adhere to strict security protocols and anti-fraud procedures
- Train on digital banking platforms and assist customers with self-service technology
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve monthly customer satisfaction goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in business/finance preferred
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash transactions
- Strong communication abilities with a customer-first mindset
