Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Balance cash drawers and maintain strict adherence to security protocols
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services
- Resolve routine customer inquiries with professionalism and patience
- Assist with branch operations as assigned by the branch manager
- Participate in ongoing training to master banking systems and procedures
- Uphold compliance with all banking regulations and policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in finance preferred)
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash transactions
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours
