Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with accuracy
- Balance cash drawers and maintain strict adherence to security protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service while resolving inquiries and concerns
- Actively cross-sell bank products and services based on customer needs
- Learn and comply with all banking regulations and compliance procedures
- Participate in ongoing training to develop technical and soft skills
- Assist with branch operational tasks as assigned by leadership
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency with ability to learn banking software
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle cash transactions
- Must pass background check and credit verification
- Availability to work weekdays, Saturdays, and occasional evenings
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
