Responsibilities
- Complete 40 hours/week of instructor-led technical training (AWS, CompTIA Security+, Cisco Networking)
- Build and deploy cloud solutions using AWS/Azure in simulated enterprise environments
- Participate in cybersecurity threat detection and mitigation labs
- Collaborate on cross-functional team projects using Agile methodologies
- Maintain professional development journal and certification progress tracker
- Shadow senior engineers on real-world client projects
- Present final capstone project to executive leadership panel
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong analytical problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn technical concepts
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Commitment to full-time training schedule (Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM)
- Passion for technology and career growth in IT sector
- Authorization to work in the United States
