Responsibilities
- Complete 40 hours/week of paid technical training including cloud architecture, security protocols, and system administration
- Participate in hands-on labs simulating enterprise environments and troubleshooting scenarios
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on capstone projects mirroring real-world IT operations
- Maintain progress through certification tracks (CompTIA A+, AWS Cloud Practitioner)
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles for team use
- Shadow senior engineers during production deployments and system updates
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for training curriculum
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college graduates encouraged)
