Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate new business leads and qualify prospects.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Participate in our structured paid training curriculum to master sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with a diverse client base.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Update and maintain accurate records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities and a friendly, professional demeanor.
